Visit the tea plantation Bois Cheri: interesting factory tour, but engines to stop: we are not in high season and especially the process starts 24 hours after harvest, gold is Monday, and the tea is harvested on Sunday ... Whatever, we still learn many things - a major consumer of tea, I finally know how it goes between the plane and my cup!
The visit is followed by a tasting in a very pleasant setting overlooking the South Island - the tea is average, but very pretty sight!
