Avatar **** *

Let a star for the scene completely phoned, and 3 stars for the visual. Wha! I do not know if it's a blank reaction of 3D, but Whaa! We see it! And when the lush landscape of this new planet appears, so beautiful, so bright, so colorful, you'd be able to touch it! It would just expand a little mystical film, spawning a psychology of the characters approximate, and write a scenario saga ... and we have found the Star Wars phenomenon. Although the lessons of the film are actually not so trivial as that, for a public lambda ... In any case bluffing !

The Ugly *** **

Ah! The fresh air after the soup! (See right after, it is in reverse chronological order) Many were disappointed: this is not a classic Dupontel. Place the softness, tenderness, in all this black humor, which turns instead to the blow to the absurd. I laughed! With happiness. Catherine Frot recall here a little Odette Toulemonde, without the cheesiness of Eric-Emmanuel Schmitt; Dupontel portrays an ugly and dirty and nasty jojo rather touching ... Bernie without violence or sordid, without distress. It would is the exact opposite. Refreshing!

Paranormal Activity *****

What to say? The film is so empty, it would be too much honor to perform a review. I'll just let off steam, it is always good ... But what foutage of mouth! The scam of the century! Merchandising crap! The only paranormal activity, it's been the applause at the end of the film in the room. They are constantly or they do it on purpose?! (Okay, we know the answer.) Clapping of nothingness ... They had to recognize it, talk to the abyss the abyss ... It happens nothing. At all. Except during the final two minutes, just to get into the category of horror film, not documentary. Distressing.

Twilight Chapter II * ****

I know, I persist ... I know very well that it can not be that bad (I read books 1, 2, and 3 ... I think I'm not sure ... and pure masochism I dying to read the last one!) But I did not be disappointed at that point. The first was certainly not a masterpiece, but I had the pleasure of me swoon before a beautiful Apollo! And there ... finally it's not a criticism of the film itself that I have to do, but a critique of makeup and acting. Too white face, lips too red, yellow teeth: too much contrast to the glamorous. Cocker spaniel eyes, pouting sad, all the unhappiness of the world: no excitement. Missed!

Micmacs larigot *** **

Image Jean-Pierre Jeunet, casting neat (the faithful Dominique Pinon, Yolande Moreau's truculent, the verbose Omar Sy etc., etc., plus a Dany Boon far from the unbearable ch'ti) gadgets crazy, incredible scenario, wicked tasty goods (Andre Dussolier always perfect), a homely atmosphere ... This is the recipe for a pleasant movie, unpretentious, leaving perhaps a small taste of unfinished folly.
